Right now, I'm in quarantine regarding to the corona virus what concerns all countries in the world right now. Many countries are already affected. There are certain measures made what we must follow in order to tackle down the corona virus. This might works in developed countries, but will these measures tackle down the corona virus in developing countries as well?

The relevant commands that we must now follow, such as a social distance of at least 1.5 m and staying home as much as possible, are not feasible for people in developing countries. If you think about it, if people in development countries stay home, their will be no money earned and thus no food on the table. These people often have no savings, no access to credit, limited assets, and a support network consisting of people in the same boat. Mass unemployment means mass poverty, which means mass starvation.

Also, for example in South Africa, living conditions are very crowded. Socialising is unavoidable. How would they ever meet the requirement of social distance? People will get affected easily over there. And then, we haven't even talked about quality of health care in those countries.

It's ironic to suppose that anywhere in the world the virus can be contained with the exact same measures. There must come different preventives to avoid Corona as much as we can in development countries. However, the question is, What preventives must be taken?
